Resurrection Sunday in Oman!

  The PCO (Protestant Church in Oman) held a 5:30am sunrise Easter Sunday service which was so beautiful.  Pastor Jack gave a powerful sermon based on passages from Luke 23:50-56; 24:1-11.  A common greeting between Christians on Easter Sunday is one says “Halleluia! Christ is risen!” and the other responds, “He is risen indeed! Halleluia!”  A photo of me and Che on our 1st Easter together as a married couple!  The Protestant Church in Oman has a nice Easter tradition in which members bring flowers and attach them to the cross.  Mr. and Mrs. Bosch just after the service with their son, David.  Dr. Donald Bosch and his wife, Eloise, are among our eldest and most respected members of the PCO.  What you don’t see in this photo are the hundreds of people behind me eating a wonderful breakfast buffet and enjoying  fellowship together on this glorious morning.
