The best place to find love is not in another person but in a book, the Bible. The Bible tells of God’s great love for us. This is expressed in what my friend called the best love note she had ever received. It’s found in John 3:16. (“Our Daily Bread”)

Saint Valentine’s Day in Oman

Looks good, huh?! This was the dessert for couples at the Crowne Plaza in Muscat. Every hotel and restaurant seems to have a “special deal” set up for couples which includes an appetizer, soup, several courses, dessert and wine. It was such an enjoyable evening with the love of my life and I keep expecting to wake up from this dreamlike state I have been in since meeting her!

Here she is!!! The “desire of my heart” (Psalm 37:4) and the “delight of my eyes“(Ezekiel 24:16)!! It was such a wonderful day spending time with Che and I am really looking forward to the time when we will be able to see each other DAILY! Mahal Ko, Baby!
This is brother Ashley from India enjoying himself at the inauguration of the Singles Ministry of OCF, Friday, February 15th. All the ladies received roses (like the one in the photo) and the men received small wrapped gifts. We decided to call the group S.O.U.L. – Singles of Oman United in Love. It was really nice to fellowship with other members of the church and get to know a few more people!
