Fresh and Abundant Thai Cuisine at Marjan, Grand Hyatt, Muscat

The lovely poolside restaurant, Marjan, is hosting a week-long Thai culinary promotion featuring renowned guest chef Supattra Boomsrang from the Thai kitchen in Park Hyatt Dubai. I haven’t been paid for this promotion or anything.  My wife and I simply love this restaurant.  If you’ve never been to Marjan, this would be a great opportunity to see why it was voted as The Best Far Eastern Restaurant in Muscat 2012 Apex Oman Today Restaurant Awards.  (Here is the general review I wrote about Marjan and its great ambiance 2 years ago.)
